Automated review request campaigns (via SMS, email, and WhatsApp).AI-driven business automation to improve conversions.Reputation monitoring and analytics.
3. Client Responsibilities
By using our services, the Client agrees to:
Provide accurate and lawful customer data for SMS and email campaigns.Obtain appropriate consent where required before sharing customer contact details.Use the services in compliance with UK laws and industry regulations.
We are not responsible for any legal issues arising from the Client’s failure to obtain proper consent from their customers.
4. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely viaStripe.Subscriptions and service fees are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.
5. Data Protection & Privacy
We comply withUK GDPR and data protection laws.Personal data is processed per ourPrivacy Policy.Clients must ensure they have a lawful basis to process their customer data (consent or legitimate interest).

6. Limitation of Liability
We do not guarantee specific results, such as a set number of positive reviews or business growth.We arenot liablefor reputational damage, loss of revenue, or any indirect losses.Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for our services in the last 3 months.
